Dr. Harris is a graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry. He also holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biology from the University of Houston. His training includes an externship in primary eye care at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, MS, and an externship in Ocular Disease Management and pre- and post-op care at the Eye Institute of San Antonio, TX. As a therapeutically licensed optometrist, he is skilled in diagnosing and treating ocular diseases and ocular conditions related to systemic conditions. He and his wife Margie have one son named Payton. He has lived in Houston over thirty years, and was educated locally in the Alief school system.
